Ritez... Tubbie is 12 weeks out, in prep for his nx Asian championships at Bangkok. I'm like gonna prep with him. I mean... I'm gonna "diet" with him. Yup. as promised. Hehe. How can i see him reluctantly eat chkn breast while i eat all the yum yum food like xiao long bao, bak ku teh etc. If he suffer, we'll suffer tgt. It's my job to be there for him, as always... (=

And been checking out on fitness models... I reallyyyy like this model a lot. She is my new inspiration, in terms of reaching my fitness goal.

Jenny Webb is her name.

Awwwwww.......... She looks so gorgeous! Seriously. Over the past few years, I've never failed to give up on working my ass off in the gym; be it doing hours and hours of cardio, and lifting those damn-weights for the sake of bringing out the leanness of my body. I've always wanted to strive towards them (but attempts made have failed due to my ill-discipline of not having a clean diet - which apparently is the main factor to a great body.) And I suppose its time that I shld really try to be more focused and work extremely hard once again.

You know what's the beauty of One's body? To be able to see a decent, nice pair of 'cobra-eyes' at your back, smokin' hot abs at your core (like who doesnt long to have them!!??), sexy legs (this is the toughest i must say!) and lean shoulders and i like the triceps shape (:

Look at Jenny's hot legs...

My goodness... its enough to blow you away. Imagine you can see your own leg muscles. It's really smth I must say it takes lots of determination to really build those legs man. Look at those quads!!

As much as I know I'm far from there, so its still a direction, a path you need to motivate yourself to go towards... there's what you call - Passion. Passion for a great physique. Everyone has their own passion in life. Even though deep down my passion isnt really towards building a gd physique (its actually smth else but i ain't gonna reveal it).. but i know that building a gd physique is still the foundation to my passion.

Everytime I see in facebook posts or seeing ppl taking the step to "keep fit" by starting to run, exercise etc. I always feel happy for them. Whether or not it is just a once in a blue moon activity for them, at least they did it rather than the option of staying at home, lepak on the sofa and handcuff themselves to the com and 24/7 updating their life, reporting to... facebook -_- There's so much i want to say, everyday, every single moment, how i feel, what i did which i feel so proud of myself and I just want to share the joy to all. If my actions could change a person's mindset and influence, or motivate a person to take one step closer towards a fitness lifestyle, then why not? I mean its really, for the benefit and no, absolutely no loss. You gain more confidence of yourself, a greater body, higher self esteem, Health improved, mood feeling better than before, people get attracted to you, people respect you, people admire you. How great a feeling isnt it? (:

Hehe. I will continue part 2 again. I'm feeling sleepy now. (Haha! Anti-climax man...) Alritez. Gd nite. Sorry. Rest is impt for recovery!!! Hehehe!!!

2 days ago, my chest ache like hell.

Today, my shoulders take a turn.

Yesterday, I got rather emotional. I really had enough. After almost a week ago i made the conclusion that my boss dislikes me, Ytd i had it enough. My week was a torture, bearing his oblivion of my presence. I realised that between the option of being treated harshly and being treated as if you were around, not needed, not wanted at all, the feeling of the 2nd option is worse than the 1st.

This treatment, is by far, the worst i ever had.

I finally poured out those tears that i've held back. It was way beyond what i can hold.

I know myself i was never a problematic worker. I dare to say, I am a gd worker and likeable by everyone. But this time, i never felt so defeated and emotionally + mentally "tortured" by him. Even if i were to move on somewhere, I still cant accept all I've done, ended up with such results and treatment.

And very quickly, my term of serving a year as a CCPE will come to a conclusion when Nov comes. Over the past 6 months working with Mr Chai, I realised I've grown under him. Grown to be tolerant to a nasty boss like him, tolerate his hot plus bad tempered-ness. His scoldings and shoutings at me over... issues that wasnt my fault to begin with or even the absolutely small matters. There are times he really hurt me so badly, till i really dont understand why do i deserve such treatment from him. Despite how "bad" he treats me, i can further conclude he doesnt like me at all. From the way he treats other colleagues and the way he treats me, its complete Heaven & Hell situation. If based on my performance as a CCPE, i know i'm different from the past CCPEs. I'm full of initiative, full of ideas and opinions and suggestions. I spot mistakes and errors. I identify them. Provide solutions to problems. But they weren't really appreciated. Instead i was deemed as 'over-doing'.

You know i really like working for Mr Chai, despite how difficult he is. But it just seems I'm not a worker he would want to appreciate, esp my strength and how i can benefit him. Sad.
